Not a solution, but like Karma, I will help with this achievement. The online for this game is completely dead, so the chances of finding a random are slim, and boosting takes less than five minutes. Just send me a message here or through Live and I'll help when I have a free moment. (No need to send a friend request; I'll help regardless).

Thanks for the help. This achievement is ridiculously easy once you have an opponent, it's just a matter of finding one.

It says I need to be signed into Xbox live when I try multiplayer. Anyone else having this problem. Have the servers been taken down?

I was hoping someone might have answered Toby's question. Mine is doing the same thing. When I select multiplayer>Xbox Live, it tells me I need to sign into Live.

@ Toby @Tuscani: Haven't had that problem so far. However, when I've helped people with this game, I've set up matches and invited them in. So far, I've not encountered an issue. If you need help, just message me through Live and we'll give it a try and see what happens.

I have that problem, you need to sign out and back in on the main menu and then it'll work. I don't need the achievement, but thumbs up for the nice gesture!

For those having issues with getting a message saying you must be signed in to a live enabled profile, do this. Go to the multiplayer menu and select Xbox live game. When the message pops up, hit a. Then, press the guide button and sign out of your profile. With the guide hub still up, sign back in to your profile. This should eliminate the message. Like everyone above me, shoot me a message if you need a hand. This takes about a minute once the game starts as you only need 3 kills to win. Please leave a thumbs up if this helped. If you thumbs down plz let me know why.

Edit January 2023 tried helping someone and we couldn't find each others lobbies. This may be unobtainable now.

I discovered the same thing this afternoon. I was setting up a match and got the "sign into Xbox Live error message." I tried logging out and in, and then tried exactly the same thing you did, and it worked. So I can (independently) verify that this technique works. I'd vote you up, but I can't since I have a solution on this, as well. :(

Agreed. The online is almost completely dead. I spent hours trying to do matchmaking, and found literally no one online. I finally got it by setting up a lobby and leaving my 360 on while I did something else. Someone came into my game in the meantime. Cheevy unlocked.

Multiplayer -> Xbox LIVE Game -> Public Match

Choose any game mode and start up a Player Match. Change the number of players to two and host the game. Invite your boosting partner and both ready up to start the match. As soon as the match starts, have your partner quit out and the achievement will unlock.

The only Xbox Live online achievement in the game and it is very simple. Simply do a quick match in player or ranked. After the game ends (win or lose) you will get this easy achievement.
