How to unlock the You Can Handle The Riot achievement in Rocket Riot - Definitive Guide
As soon as each round starts, head for one of the upper corners. Hide up there and rain death on anyone who approaches. If you see a nearby powerup, pick it up for some extra firepower. The enemy AI is pretty simple and they'll beeline right at you for some easy pickings. My friend and I went from level 20 to level 50 using this method and we rarely had to repeat a level.

To clear up the ambiguous achievement description, you can play Endurance mode by yourself and get the achievement.

I was going to post my discovery of this tactic here, but Cheese Touch beat me to it. I died 10 times during the whole mode, and about half of those deaths were because I deviated from the plan to chase a power up. Don't do that unless you can get it safely. (Not that it matters too much anyway.)
The only thing I'd like to add is that once you get down to 2-3 enemies left, you might have to go hunting.

Cheese Touch has the right idea with staying high and raining death, though I did it solo, and for those of you trying it by yourself, I have a few more tips to offer.
1. Try not to touch any enemies.
Getting too close tends to get you stuck. And once you're not moving anymore out in the open, you're toast.
2. Prioritize your powerups.
I could sit here and rank each powerup for "deathmatch" type modes (which is all Endurance mode is), but it's a bit easier to go by color. GENERALLY...
1) GREEN - Green is best for handling other rocketeers. Green is offensive firepower. Use green, have green on standby.
2) BLUE - Blue is not as good as green, but it has it's moments. Blue affects your movement, which can be quite helpful. The Ghost powerup is the best blue.
3) YELLOW - Some of these are just flat out bad in Endurance. Only activate yellows if you have nothing else.
4) RED - Bad. Literally. Stay away.
3. Play "keep away."
If you're struggling, think of it as keep away, where you're just trying to stay alive. Enemies' rockets kill each other. Combine that with the fact that your health regenerates over time, and you could probably win a level without firing many shots at all. Still, shoot... a lot.
Good luck!

You can either play endurance mode on your own or co-op mode with a friend offline to complete the 50th level and unlock this achievement.
The best strategy is to make your way to the top corner of the level as quickly as possible and then shoot diagonally down into the level making adjustments to beat back any oncomers. If you're playing co-op, have one player in each corner.
If you die, you'll restart at that level, but you cannot save your progress and come back to it later. Co-op isn't necessarily easier since you'll have double the amount of enemies to destroy before proceeding to the next level.

This achievement can be done in either single player endurance mode or local cooperative mode. Yes, unfortunately there is no online co-op. Even though some later levels get fairly challenging, you can always retry the stage as many times as you need to. You need to beat level 50 and the achievement will unlock (and can then quit out afterwards). If you do have some friends around, this achievement would probably be easier in co-op as it allows 2-4 players. I haven't tested this method yet but if they don't add in extra enemies to match the amount of players, this would be the recommended way of obtaining this achievement.
