Simply load up a game of Survivor, using four controllers to make this really easy. Choose one controller and kill each other player 5 times. The only way you can die is if you drop mines and accidentally hit your own, or if you run into the sun at a decent speed. So simply avoid mines and the sun, and after completing a match without dying this achievement will unlock.
