This is one of the secret achievements and will be awarded for playing session mode between the hours of 10am and 2pm.
Just select session mode from the main menu and as soon as you enter the cheevo will pop.
I suspect this is tied to system clock on you xbox 1. I am in the UK and this unlocked for me during the stated hours local time so in theory this will unlock for everyone at their own local time zones.
Also looking at the times people have been winning this on recent winners and 1st winners leaderboard also support the local timezone too.
