This is one of the secret achievements and will be awarded for failing score attack on any song 10 times in a row.
From the main menu select "Learn a song"
Pick any song and press
to enter the score attack menu. Pick a song and select easy, medium or hard and when it starts just play anything you want or do nothing, once you fail 3 phrases you fail the score attack.
Once back to the difficulty selection just start again. once you fail for the 10th time the cheevo pops.

I'm not sure if they're any shorter songs, but if you're into Primus and have their Song Pack, the South Park Theme is only 38 seconds long has 8 phrases, and you will fail in 20 seconds after you start the song, overall it takes roughly 30 seconds per round that is starting the song, failing, getting the song failed screen and starting it again. it should take about 5 minutes if you go this route
