This achievement will be awarded for removing any song from your song list in Non-Stop mode.
From the main menu select "Nonstop Play" then "Song Manager".
Now press
to add all songs and then press 
to remove the very 1st song and the achievement should pop.

3) Seletc any music, then click

Select the non stop playlist, and immediately exclude the first song by selecting it. Just the one and not "deselect all" THen you'll have this trophy. If it doesnt work, keep selcting and deselcting songs until it does.
