This achievement is called "Now, that's dedication" and is one of the secret achievements.
This will be awarded for playing Rocksmith 2014 (xbox One) on 5 consecutive days.
Simply load the game up and play "learn a song mode" every day for 5 days and have a blast and enjoy yourself and on day number 5 the cheevo should pop.
This popped on the 5th day for me so I don't think it's as glitch as the 360 version.
Also note this popped for me as soon as I entered learn a song mode,
