I don't have this achievement yet, but THIS video makes me feel like it's definitely possible!
The video is not mine, I found it on youtube.
To note: In the video, he gets game over after about 1 minute. He was playing at level 4.
At 1:08 you see he gains to level 5 (and racks up points very fast now).
TIP: Go for the RAINBOW DUCK as soon as you see it. It changes strings, but it resets the back wall and it also kills any ducks on the screen (giving you pts and adding to your COMBO).
TIP: Really try hard not to miss a duck as it resets your COMBO. But as you can see in this video, at a high level (5+) and by hitting the Rainbow Duck ASAP!!!.. hitting the back wall a few times is not the end of the world. He ends at over 11 million pts.

This one is pretty easy, I had to get to level 10 in the saloon game for 10mil,but I hit 11mil on level 4 in this mode. At first my E string was slightly out of tune and was registering one fret higher, so if you have that issue, try slightly tuning it accordingly
