This will very likely come naturally on your journey towards the Platinum. It does not have to be in a setlist or a specific mode, just any two songs, hold a streak during the end of your first song and start with a streak on the next. You cannot see the streak you are on over multiple songs, only every 50 for each song. If you want to get it out of the way quick, pick bass as your instrument, finish the song "Blitzkrieg Bop" and after you have finished it with a streak pick "Black Magic" and you should easily achieve a streak of 250.
