Beat 100,000 points in a Chord Arrangement

How to unlock the Chordinated achievement in Rocksmith - Definitive Guide

The easiest song to get this on is Run Back to Your Side by Eric Clapton (chords). The chords are E A D and are very slow. These were the first three chords that I learned when I started playing guitar so I feel like alot of others would also. Just pick the song and make sure you select the chord arrangement. After a few tries this should be easy even for a beginner.

Good luck

Ive tried this about 10 times, mastery for every part is 100% and I hit every single chord every single time, but only manage 86000-90000.......

Missed 1 note near the beginning and got 100k on the final note. There is almost no room for error.

I got this on my first try, got it at 103,000. There is little room for error, but the song is fairly simple thanks for the solution

There seems to be scaling difficulty, i know when I put it on chords, I was strumming at a fast pace throughout the song, but another time I played it the chords were slower (as if i was just learning). I am not quite sure, I believe it has to do with your previous score on the song.

If you can play major and minor bar chords the Pixies "Where is My Mind" is a super simple and repetitive. The rhythm doesn't throw any curveballs. This is a good choice for someone who is rhythmically impaired. The open chords in satisfaction are definitely easier to finger, but i think it's tougher rhythmically. Know thyself. Make sure you select the chord arrangement and think of fight club.

Unlike single note arrangements, chord arrangements are a little less common. Generally, they are not to difficult with some practice. The one song recommendation I found fairly easy was "(I Can't Ge No) Satisfaction." Typically, Chord arrangements are a little less forgiving for errors than single note or combo arrangements if you are to reach 100k points.

If you play a song for the first time, you will not have all the notes unlocked until you level up each section so you may need to play a song a few times before you have enough notes to reach 100k points.

This is somewhat harder than "Singles Rock," but the same songs are still the easiest for most people ("Go With the Flow", "Breed", and "Song 2"). If you have the tempo down from doing "Singles Rock" on one of them, the only adjustment you'll need to make is playing chords instead of single notes.

The easiest songs to win this trophy:

  • Run Back to Your Side by Eric Clapton (EAD chords and slow song)
  • Where is My Mind by Pixies (lots of repetition and simple rhythm)
  • (I Can't Get No) Satisfaction by The Rolling Stones (simple chords, but more complex rhythm)
