How to unlock the No Dischord achievement in Rocksmith - Definitive Guide
That easiest song to get a chord streak on in my opinion is Run Back To Your Side by Eric Clapton (Chord Arrangement).
There are only 3 chords and you have alot of time to switch in between.

Worth mentioning you can pause in between chords if you need extra time to get your fingers in the right spots.

I got this playing Franz Ferdinand - Take Me Out (Combo).
There are two very basic chords which are Am and Bm which has more than 25 strums in this song.
Just use your index finger on all three tiny strings (4th Fret =Am and 7th Fret =Am)
*Note* - You do not need to strum the red string on these chords.

An easy song to do this on is I Can't Get No Satisfaction by The Rolling Stones. The only 4 chords you need to learn are E, D, A, and B5. I would recommend switching to inverted layout in the options menu to make reading the chords much simpler. It will take a little bit of practice, but it is not too difficult to learn.

I didn't even know you could invert the chord layout. Now they read like a tab!

Beating a 25 chord streak is quite easy. Most likely you will get this while going for a 100k score on a chord arrangement, but if not; the power chord technique challenge is where I unlocked this first.
You'll get this (and "Strummer") fairly easily when you are going for Gold Medal in the Power Chord Challenge.

To play a song you need to set the mode to chords.
25 chords in a row can be played on many songs without much effort. You can take, for example, (I Can't Get No) Satisfaction by The Rolling Stones. There are only 4 chords E, D, A and B5. The rhythmic pattern may not be the most trivial, but after a few attempts you quickly master it. Also, these songs are trivial in chords:
