For this achievement (and all of the ones that point to it), simply start the game mentioned in the description of the achievement and the game will pop. It's that easy.

Mini games are in the arcade section. To unlock this game you need to complete the Chord technique challenge training to at least bronze. You just need to start the mini-game and the trophy will open.
