Playing with any character you have to win 4 matches, and in each match you have to win 2 eleven point games. This should take you around 35 minutes in total to complete. Make sure in the options menu it is set to default or when you win the tournament you won't win the achievement.

You have to win a total of 6 matches. Took me way more than 35 minutes.
