Playing with any character you have to win 4 matches, and in each match you have to win 2 eleven point games. This should take you around 45 minutes in total to complete. Make sure in the options menu it is set to default or when you win the tournament you won't win the achievement.

Does it matter if the music is on or not?

Im not sure as its been a while since I won this but if it comes up on the default settings then it might have to be on.
