This is as straightforward as it sounds. From the main menu go into online. Find a game. This is best boosted. Put it on one game with the smallest score amount. Beat your opponent. This is easiest by the person who wants to lose simply not returning the ball. The game should be done within five minutes.

This achievement has not unlocked for me and ive won now 32 games. It happened to my friend too, deleting system cache solves it apparently

Can now confirm if for any reason your internet cuts out and xbox freezes like mine, you can re-set your system cache. Then reload up game play one match of xbox live ( any mode i asume ) then win, then the achievement poped for me even though the leaderboards said i won 30 odd matches prior. Thanks
