This can be done solo

Create public game
Set map to "Ruins" the first Stronghold game
When the map loads, run up the ramp to the upper level, then go towards the flare at the top of another ramp almost directly left of the first ramp you go up

Throw a grenade at the injured GI

This trophy can be gotten a couple of ways. The first is starting any online match with another teammate and ensure you have friendly fire turned on. Then you can just shoot them and you will receive the trophy. The second method if you have no online players is to enter an online match solo where your objective is to defend a soldier. Then when you are in game, kill the soldier you are supposed to defend. The setup I used was Map: Ruins and Type: Stronghold.
