You need at least 4 people to start the match so I suggest you create a boost session. All 4 of you have to search for a ranked quick Team Deathmatch and when no other players join, the amount of players waiting for will lower from 4 to 0. When this happens the match will start.

The match will last 10 minutes and all you have to do is let the timer count down until 0. DON’T make any kills. At the end of the match you will all get the achievement at the same time.

If by accident the host quits the match no one will get the achievement. The host is the player who got into the lobby first.
