There are five types of ink. You will get these after battles, or from random locations on the map.
Ink: reveal 3 spaces in a straight line
Precision Ink: reveal one space anywhere on the map
Noble Ink: reveal 4 spaces in a straight line
Imperial Ink: reveal 4 spaces in opposite directions
Royal Ink: reveal 5 spaces in a straight line
Use each one once for this to unlock. Can be done on the first level/map just need a little luck with drops.
