These must be collected in one playthrough. Nothing in this game carries over if you restart.

1) Crafts Person - Successfully combine two items. Completed by fixing Mr. Jotun’s eye.
2) Taking Care of Business - Escort Lars to the outhouse. I’m glad mine is an inhouse.
3) Big Hill - Complete Chapter 1.
4) Troll friend - Pull the “thorn” out of Trollhilde’s shoulder.
5) Raven Botherer - Rescue the Great Mother Tree to the right of where Tove portalled into the forest. You need pebbles from Trollhilde’s cave.
6) Tomte Summoner - Summon the Tomte with porridge to help with the grindstone.
7) Bell Ringer - Create a new path in the church by cutting down the bell with the sharpened dagger.
8) Follow the Flow - Receive a helping hand by clicking on the frozen hands and opening the path to
Fossegrim’s pool.
9) Run Away! - Escape from the waterlogged caves after the Nokken pulls you down.
10) Such a Charmer - Have Fossegrim charm Trollhilde’s flute.
11) Wolf Waker - Wake Jotunulfur.
12) Bear Rouser - Wake Jotunbjorn.
13) Eyes Open - See beyond the veil.
14) Other Sider - Complete Chapter 2, unlocks when Henrik and Tove “reunite”.
15) Fine Dining - Solve the dining hall puzzle.
16) Secret Sundial - Solve the sundial puzzle.
17) Team Player - Open the gate to the tower.
18) Redemption - Complete the game.
19) Scenic Route - Explore off the beaten track by running behind a tree near Trollhilde’s bridge. Probably works in other places, but I haven’t tested it.
20) Eye for Detail - Easy to obtain partway through the game. Inspect 50 items in your inventory. I only noticed this badge in chapter 3 and was able to obtain it still. There are a lot of items in the game.
21) Connected - Connect all 6 of the Mother Tree’s rootways.
22) Grave Thoughts - Read the 9 gravestones in the graveyard. Hmmm… one is missing a name… I wonder if that’s important…
23) Tomte Talk - Talk to the Tomte in the mill 5 or 6 times.
24) Testrollsterstone - Find all of the 4 petrified Trollbrothers.
25) Honor Bound - Return Trollhilde’s gold after digging it up on the route through the Poisoned Forest. Don’t throw it in the water first, or you can’t get this. Hilde will give you coins for being honest.
26) Top Spinner - Spin the top in the basement of the Sunken Cabin five times.
27) Growing Pains - Insult Shroomi by using the wand… I mean staff to change their size.
28) Forlorn Hope - Find all 8 explorer notes in the Castle. Henrik is the one who can see them and they sometimes just look like a box.
29) Building Bridges - Say everything that needs to be said, done when controlling both Tove and Henrik. Talk until they start repeating phrases. This unlocked for me after talking with the final gate open.
30) Good Listener - Get to know the castle’s inhabitants. I talked to the 22 live birds. I also clicked on the dead ones. I don't know if that's necessary.
31) Textile Detective - Find the 4 Guardian banners in the castle.
32) Badge Master - Ya found ‘em all. Good job, mate.
