If you turn off Crossplay, you'll likely be placed against bots, making this much easier on you. What I found is that if you stay on the inside of the corners when skating around the arena, this makes it much harder for the bots to steal the ball from you. So once you gain access to the ball, you can just keep doing fast, tight laps around the arena and will probably make it to overtime easily with the ball still in possession. Once you reach overtime, triggered by both teams having the same score, you'll be given 3 additional minutes to score and whichever side scores automatically wins the game at this point. So simply score a goal during this time and you'll unlock the achievement.

When both teams have equal points the game won't end and instead enters Overtime. scoring a goal during Overtime will end the match and net you the achievement
