Probably the easiest achievement of the game and it can be your first achievement to unlock ! All you have to do is go under the goal "hoop" and press 
to perform the uppercut move to hit it. As you can see in the video you don't really have to hit the underside just generally hit it and it will pop !

Oh this whole time I thought you had to have a teammate shoot the ball at goal while you uppercut it
