How to unlock the First 5 pointer achievement in Roller Champions - Definitive Guide
To score a 5-point goal you need to do 3 laps around the arena (with the ball in hand) without being intercepted by the rival team.
1 lap= 1 point
2 laps = 3 points
3 laps = 5 points
It shouldn't take many attempts If you have a good general understanding of the game and moves. I suggest holding LB near your teammates to hang on to them and release the button for a significant boost that can get you around the arena faster
You only need to score the goal for this achievement. If your teammates did the laps and passed you the ball it counts as well.

If you disable Crossplay in your console's Privacy and Safety settings, found in the custom options for multiplayer and communications, you'll be placed with team members who are other Xbox players and all of your opponents will probably just be "Standard AI", making this much easier on you. Once you gain access to the ball, just head in any direction around the arena for 3 laps or until you're notified that you can score a 5 point goal and aim at the goal with and score with . If you stay on the inside of the corners, then it prevents the enemy/AI players from stealing the ball from you at the ends of the arena. Using this method, I was able to easily complete three laps and score a 5-pointer.
Edit: If you go in the counter-clockwise direction (if viewed from the top), the goal will be on the far end of the straightaway relative to you. This will give you ample time to aim and make your shot.
