I don't have this achievement yet as it will take time to unlock, but if you play the 2v2 gamemode, the games go back alot faster, especially if you are somewhat decent at the game, you can shut out the other team within a minute, alternatively this mode has alot of rage quitters so all you have to do is score once, and someone on the other team will rage quit making it a lot easier as AI's dont replace quitters in this mode

as long as you dont have one of those idiots on your team that cherry picks the corners like the unathletic kids in gym class, instead of actually playing the game, you should be able to win every game in a couple of minutes, if you are good enough you can still win each game even if your own teammate leaves, as long as you understand how to play the game

If you want to boost this by yourself, turn off cross play in your Xbox settings. It is a little longer que but most of the time you will play with all bots which results in a quick one score 5-pt run win.
