This mini-game is found at the Bumper Cart attraction. The bumper carts drive similar to the Go karts - 
for Thrust, 
for Brake.
The goal is to bump into other cars; the faster you go, the more points you get. Get hit, lose points. You have 2 minutes to score 150,000 points on normal.
Just aim for large groups of cars and go crazy. Always hold down for Thrust and you'll rarely lose points.
Time's a bit tight, so stay busy and hit hard.
