Another somewhat simpler one, go to settings>Assists>Turn invincibility and ammo. Gather a couple of players around a barrel and simply shoot the barrel with the Z-11 shot, making sure no one is throwing mines or grenades at you as they will eliminate the players.

Don’t know why this doesn’t mention but this is a challenge in the campaign. Don’t waste time doing it twice

This achievement is also one of the challenges on the last level Matterhorn Stadium so you may as well wait to complete it then.
You'll want to shoot polybeams with a single shot of your pistols to weaken them as well as relocate them hopefully next to another enemy, weaken other enemies before going for the shot, line them up in reflex time and perform a full-power crossbow shot.
