The very first one of these you encounter will be the easiest to do it goes quite slow and is only a few seconds long. If you do fail you can just do the first 2 levels again as it takes only 10-20seconds a level. Just pay attention to where the ball goes.

Some people have a hard time with this, but if you keep your eye on the can the guy didn't shake and don't blink, it shouldn't be a problem.
