Start a player match co-op game over Live with a buddy and collect three tips. Tips are not shared so you have to collect three by yourself.
To do this more easily, don't finish off the levels as soon as you can but instead let some of the customers stick around so they drop tips. Do this at the bottom of the screen where the customers take longer to get to the end. As far as I can tell, customers drop tips after you give them 2-3 root beers and only tip once. You can clear them out once they drop a tip and wait for another person to enter. It also helps to wait until they are towards the end of the counter before serving them so you'll have to run less to get your tip.
Remember that you can warp to the taps after you have run down the aisle. Just push up or down or press the fill button. There is no need to run all the way back after you've collected a tip. Also, don't try to do this all on one level since the customers will get really fast after you rack up the points. It's much easier to spread your tips out over a few levels.

the sad part is nobody wants to play this game anymore. They're nuts! It's a classic! If I knew anybody who wnated to play for fun, I'd gladly jump at the chance to join in a game. I finally finished off the solo game, now I need the co-op achievements.

On stage 1-1, serve the top three rows to get rid of them, then wait for row 4 to get halfway down and serve him, he should leave a tip. Do the same thing on level 1-2, but with row 3 instead of 4. On Stage 2-1, serve the top three rows and serve row 4 without clearing it out and get the third and final tip. (This requires your opponent to stay alive long enough for you to get to level 2-1, so try and find someone who doesn't suck to play with.)
