First you will need the White Wolf or Wild Wolf, and the Wolf Hat. These items are purchased from Jizu for a total of 6800 points. Equip these and dance with Okka in the night (8PM or later) to get this acheivement.
A helpful note: before buying the clothes save your game in the bed. Buy clothes, dance, reload save. That way you keep all those points.
