Very easy to grind, but depending on skill you may just come by this achievement naturally.
If you're looking to grind the achievement, simply hold the left stick in any direction and you will fairly quickly die. When you respawn, choose a direction and just hold the left stick in that direction. You should respawn in the same place as before and as long as you hold the stick in the same direction you will die on continuous loop. I did it for longer I needed to, but I turned away to watch TV instead of paying attention.
