For each story mission, there is a set of additional objectives. For this achievement, you need to complete every one of the additional objectives. This does not need to be in a single run and can be completed over multiple attempts. The easiest mission to do this will be the initial Driving Test at the DMV.

Objectives usually/can include:
1) Time Limit 1 - Decent Amount of Time to Finish the course, usually just need to go a little quickly to meet this requirement
2) Time Limit 2 - Very strict time limit and requires just about perfect routes. You need to boost constantly and get around obstacles in an amazing manner. Usually easier to sometimes jump.
3) Collect Every Star Coin - Go slowly and find them. Not too difficult to find as they are usually in the open.
4) Don't Use an Upgrade - Just don't use it. You'll likely crash or hit stuff, but you'll eventually complete the level.
5) Don't Jump - Just don't jump. Takes some time and similar to the upgrade one it might make the level a lot more difficult, but you'll eventually be able to complete the level.
6) Don't Die - Go slow. Make sure you have an upgrade that works best for you. Likely the shrink power-up works best, but there are others that might work to your advantage depending on the level.
7) Don't Hit Anything - Just be more careful than the don't die one. You might find yourself going through one obstacle at a time and allowing your power-up gauge to refill or taking slight detours to avoid the most annoying portions of a route.
