How to unlock the What a Fool Believes achievement in Roundabout - Definitive Guide
This Achievement is fairly self-explanatory, when the "Progress" reading on the main menu and pause screen reads 100% the Achievement unlocks. However, what is actually required for that isn't listed anywhere, so I'll list what I know is required here for clarity's sake.
For 100% you must:
- Complete all objectives on each ride. Fortunately, you don't have to do them all in one run, that would be quite impossible.
- Play and complete each Challenge in the city once. (I'm actually not totally positive this is required. If anyone can confirm I'd appreciate it)
- Find all collectables (Cash Stashes, Sick Jumps, Horns and Stars).
- Buy all limo paint jobs and hats.
- Unlock all other Achievements EXCEPT for "I've Covered Wars, You Know" and "Smoke & Mirrors". They don't count for whatever reason.
If you think you've done everything and are still missing some completion, the first thing you should do is go back through the map checking to make sure that you've 100% completed every mission. There's no tracker to make sure you've done them all so you have to check them manually, making it very easy to miss one. You should also double-check your collectable count on the pause screen, because some of the collectable Achievements seem to unlock slightly early sometimes, which could fool you into thinking you're done when you're not.
Good luck and good spinning! Let's go, Georgio!

I just wanted to put this here. A Steam user by the username of Oleg Sokolov created a map showing the locations of all the collectables.

Oh thank goodness! There was absolutely no collectable guides for this game back when I did it. That should help people out significantly. Thanks for the heads up!

This achievement requires:
1) Every skin and hat to be purchased from the in-game shop.
2) Every collectible to be collected.
3) Every level to be 100%ed.
4) Every other achievement to be acquired save Desert Limo and I've Covered Wars, You Know. Yes, including the eSports challenge achievements.

The trophy does not drop for 1 mission, perhaps you need to complete all missions 100%

Found information on this trophy. To get it, you need to complete the entire game 100%. And this means getting 100% in all levels, collecting all the collectibles, buying all the things in the store and knocking out all the other trophies.
PS The translation of the conditions is incorrect. In English it says "Reach 100% completion for the entire game".

It is impossible to get 100%!
According to information from a foreign forum, you cannot get 100% in this game either on PS4 or Vita. Players write that progress is stuck at 99.8% (PS4) and 99.7% (Vita). The developers promised to roll out a patch, but they never did.
