Simple terms: get spray and have low reload time
Sandbox: Press
to open the text menu and type in "Spray", do that another time.
There will be cards in the bottom right shoot them, this is how you claim them. Now just shoot into the open air.
If this does not work for you try adding another spray card and a "Quick reload" card or two as well.
