This can be accomplished by using a bomb. This didnt pop the first time I used a bomb on an enemy but rather the second time that I did it.

I can’t unlock this achievement by using bombs. Tried 3 or 4 time, nothing happened.

The item is called "Black Bomb" (description says it does 100 damage). I threw it at a random enemy and unlocked the achievement without issues
