You will have to complete the Sensei quests (normal 9 hole stroke tournament in each of the 6 zones) and collect all badges. You can then chat to Marina in the Golf & Apparel shop and challenge her to a 9 hole match game made up of courses from different zones.
If you beat her, she will offer to play tournaments in your stead. All you have to do is begin any tournament as Marina and it will unlock.
