Get this at the end of the game once you have all the other club sets.
Go to hole 11, make sure you have wizard outfit on, and play with the Wind set. DO NOT MOVE THE AIMING LINE. Maximum power straight shot will ALWAYS be a hole in one, and it makes it quicker going back and forth from the pin to the tee over and over again.
You'll eventually see the soul set in the third slot roll. It's really annoying to hit it, but when I saw it, it was the Soul set followed by 9 golf balls. Press
on the 8th ball to have the roll stop on the Soul set, which will pop this achievement, and also the 'Too Many Clubs' achievement if you have all the other sets.

This is unlocked as a reward for the 3rd slot reel when getting a hole-in-one or eagle. Unfortunately, I am not sure if there are other requirements. I unlocked it post-game in the Swamp region by getting easy hole-in-one shots on a Par 3 course with the Wind Set.

Yeah have already done that too, trying a few things now to see if something else is required.

Had to have every other set already to get it to pop up on the roll it seems. Or at least that's what worked finally for me.
