The Museum is located next to the Driving Range in the very west of Merkatia (Forest Region).
You will need to kill one of each enemy type to achieve this, and it unlocks when you speak to the museum guy after it's complete. Note - you will have to play through the final dungeon (Eternal Tower) to get the last few. Thankfully, once you beat the last boss, you can continue playing as normal.

This pops the moment you enter the museum when it's full. You don't need to talk to the guy.
