How to unlock the Biathlon Boss achievement in RTL Winter Sports 2009 - Definitive Guide
Campaign:
Not hard, if you find out the "perfect" strategy. 1. The "fast start" at the beginning is important! (See below "Ruler" Achievement)
2. Get the sprint before the first hill, then stay on until you go downhill and have to press . On the shooting line, get that sprint. But don't stay on all the time, because you have to have enough stamina for the sprint in front of the 2nd hill. Than push again, when downhill. 2nd lap, do the same thing.
Note: Just stay in crouch until you reach 40km/h or something. Because when you will start skiing, the speed will drop to 36/37km/h.

This is one of the challenges you have to complete in campaign mode. This one is by far the easiest boss in the game. All you have to do is beat the biathlon boss in a two lap race with no shooting. When the race starts, hold for a majority of the time. The only time you don’t want to hold is between the first hill of the race right off the start. Go up the hill, let go of real quick to rest, then hold again when you go up the second hill. Always stick to the inside of the curve to gain an edge and, when you go downhill, try and hold as long as you possibly can to give you more rest for sprint. Don’t worry about your stamina, just keep holding and only stop in those places.
