Not difficult at all. Use the map at the top left corner. Just go to the right, but not until the end, stop a little before the end of the right side. Then press
and drag the arrow (little red one on map) to the yellow stone in the middle. Power: Full power and "mop" all the time.

This is one of the challenges you have to complete in campaign mode. What you have to do is curve your stone around another stone in front of the stone you need to knock out. Bring your power stick to the far right and then hold 
down to power it up. While you power it up you can curve your direction using the 
stick. So keep on experimenting until you can find a way to curve your stone to hit the guarded stone.
