This is one of the challenges you have to complete in campaign mode. You start off in the shooting range in the biathlon. All you have to do is shoot twenty targets in twenty seconds. Hold your breath by pressing 
. This will make it easier to focus on a target. Now, just shoot one target and continue down the line - they’re all linear so just shoot, move a little to the side, quickly realign if you got out of place while moving and shoot again. Do this until you hit twenty targets.
