How to unlock the High Skiller achievement in RTL Winter Sports 2009 - Definitive Guide
Campaign:
First stone - Put the arrow EXACTLY on the red dots (no slicing, just straight) then release when you reach the 2nd blue line of the arrow.
Second stone -> Again, EXACTLY on red dots. Release at the end of the 2nd red line.
Achievement unlocked!

This one can be a real pain, but luckily you do not need to get the stones in the EXACT middle of the cross targets.
For the first stone, get REALLY close to your TV so that you can see that you are pointing EXACTLY along the line of dots. You can see this because the dots will be moving forward slowly, so you want the 'point' of the arrow to be pretty much splitting the dots in two. You want to release it the moment the power bars hits the bottom side of the 2nd blue power bar.
For the second, do the same as the first, aiming at the dots, but this time you want to release the power bar the moment the power hits the bottom of the second red line.
This will take a lot of attempts but you'll get it in the end.

It's actually the same as my solution, but with more words. :)

And more accuracy regarding the exact point you release the power, as too much will push it further off and not qualify.

This is one of the challenges you have to complete in campaign mode. These curling achievements are hard, because you have to use the sweepers to give your stone speed and make sure it gets into a specific place. For this one you have to push your opponents puck into a specific place on the board without hitting yours. The power arrow really helps because as you can see there are colored marking on it - blue and red - that match the circle markings.
If you want it to get in the red circle, just hold the power button down until its in the red shaded area, release it and then use the sweepers to give it a little acceleration so it can go fast enough to hit the other stones and not yours. You won’t get this on your first try because its pretty hard. The yellow X on the map in the upper left hand corner tell you where to push the opponents puck.
