This is one of the challenges you have to complete in campaign mode. Just crash after going over 130 meters jumping. Just do what you normally would to do a good jump (getting a 90+ is usually what gets you over 30 meters). Keep the ball in the middle and press 
before the two blue meters fill up. Then when you see you're clearly over 130 m, move your 
stick to the far left or right and you’ll crash.
