The curling achievements are hard to explain. But I will try to do it...
On the first shot, just hit either the left or right yellow stone, so the red one gets in position. You might have to do a couple of tries for the second stone, until you get the right direction. Strength --> In the middle after blue mark, at the end of the arrow.

This is one of the challenges you have to complete in campaign mode. There are five rocks in the circle - one on top, two in the middle and two on bottom. They are there so you can angle your rock to get behind the center rock without touching it. What I did is angle my stone at the left middle stone by putting my power up all the way, and then I accelerated with the sweepers until all the blue was filled and then fast forwarded it to when it hit the yellow stone. It should bounce off it, knocking it out of bounds and placing yours in the designated spot.
