Just to add a note to other guides, you don't actually have to collect any money during these missions.
There are a good few levels in which you spawn by the exit and if you just wait till the door opens you can walk straight through and it counts.
You can literally brute force your way through most of the levels.

This just doesnt unlock for me along with achievement to collect diamond, completed arcade twice already. Any idea what to do?

I was at the last level, died, and accidentally ended. Thank god it saves your level 😂
