I see some people in the comments were struggling with it, what I did was have 2 players (2 controllers) and play heist every round, only having one player get 10 money. Then, after 5 rounds the achievement popped.

Not sure if this was updated since you wrote this, but this only took 3 rounds to acquire with 2 controllers, as the game was only to 21 points and you get 10 points per round.

If playing with a friend or second controller, start a Heist with No Teams. Collect most/all of the money on the level and escape. Repeat this two times to win the game. You can also earn Mastermind (40G), Greed is Good (50G), and Gone in 3 Rounds (80G).
If playing online without boosting, you’ll have more competition, but still need to collect most/all of the money on the level and escape three times to win the game fast.
