In jail throw the toilet paper holding B and releasing B with one player and catch it with the other - B on the other controller. Do the same thing 10 times ( that means 20 throws – 10 for each ).

You can do this with two controllers or have a friend join your game.

To grab a thrown item, hold down B and have your opponent throw an item at you and you should automatically catch it.

I recommend doing this in the starting Jail room. You can throw items by holding B and releasing.

Do this with 2 controllers.
Throw an item with your second controller and catch it with your main by pressing B
