Use the moderate wind settings to your advantage here, as well as your edited super team. "Punting to touch" means kicking the ball out of bounds, So you'll need a lengthy boot to get this one. Just kick up and to the right or left while you run. The ball will need to travel 55+ meters and then go out of bounds. It can roll, so you don't need to worry about a direct kick. You do this by holding the  button down while you run with the ball and kicking a max kick on a diagonal/up direction.
