This achievement requires you turn the ball over while in a ruck, Has to be done on HARD. A ruck occurs when you tackle the other teams ball carrier. To turn over the ball you want to move the in different directions until you see the bar on top of the ruck turn green then quickly press to steal the ball. Doing this too early or too late will result in a penalty. Repeat 5 times and the achievement will unlock.

To make this easier you can put the opponents sliders for rucking/power down. (From the main menu, select options > Edit player then edit any team and put their "Rucking" stat down.)

When you are on defense and tackle the opposing team, it will look like both sides are huddling up... this is called a ruck. Once it forms, you will see a semi circle leading towards the ball. You'll rotate the in a semi-circle towards the ball and press when the bar is green. You will see the screen flip and you will be in possession. You need to do this 5x in a match. It's much easier than it sounds and should come naturally (unless you constantly keep scoring and never lose possession). If you want to speed it up, kick the ball to the opposing team whenever you are in possession and then tackle them & win the ruck to regain possession.... then just rinse and repeat all over again until it's been done 5x.
