What I think this comes down to is being the best rated player on your team. But I'm not sure.

This isn't a guide per sé, more of a tip if after you haven't gotten this by the end of your third season, try starting a new career, as on my first career, I played 3 full seasons, only losing a hand full of games across all 3 seasons, Than started a new rookie simmed up the 2nd last game, played that than, missed the last game due to a match ban.
