Very easy.
1. Pick a really good team for yourself and a really bad team for the AI.
2. Play on rookie difficulty.
3. Play like normal, until you get a line break.(should happen fairly quick)
4. Just before the try line (about 10m out) tap
5. Recollect the ball run into the goal area and tap
to score a try.
You don't have to chip it over anyone.
