what i did was edited any team thats in the Southern Hemisphere tour to the max speed and put all other teams speed stats down worked really well u can basically run rings round the other teams

Works like a charm if a bit time consuming. To speed the process up i just edited the backs of the opposing teams down. The forwards are usually already pretty slow.

You will want to use England as they are the best team in the Northern hemisphere. Every match needs to be played on hard. The tours are:
-Pacific Islands: Tonga, Samoa and Fiji.
-South Atlantic: Namibia and Argentina.
-Down Under: South Africa, Australia, New Zealand.

You can also make the teams that you will play against weaker to make the achievement even easier.
